Berkley Owls - The UK's largest Owl centre
Berkley Owls was set up around 20 years ago by Andrew Charlton. Over the years Berkley Owls has grown from being a small owl rescue independent based in Somerset, to one of the largest and most respected specialist Owl rescue, educational and visitor centres in the UK operating as The Baytree Owl Centre.
Andrew started out raising funds going along to local shows and now provide displays of owls at schools as well as some of the largest events throughout the UK. He has trained the owls to do some amazing displays never seen elsewhere, Andrew often flies several owls with Casper, his Bengal Eagle Owl, being without doubt one of the best. Andrew now has another Bengal who is currently training to work with Casper in the arena, be it indoors or outside flying free. Berkley Owls static display is unique because they use a purpose built exhibition unit that is themed, this year it is "THE SECRET GARDEN".
